Description
Custom cuts for spacers or cups added to your order and then put sizing requests in order notes; if there are no notes there are no cuts. Charge is per cut, if only one charge is added, only one cut will be performed.
Cuts are done on a manual lathe and are typically accurate to .05"
Provide specifications on cuts such as:
Spacer: .35"x3, .65"x2
Ice Sheet: .40"x3
Cuts are only provided to shorten the spacer or skirt/wall; no other modifications will be made
No returns or exchanges on any product with a custom cut; excess material is not saved or sent. We cannot "add" material to a skirt/wall; if you want a .70" skirt/wall it needs to start with more than the length requested. Spacer cuts less than .50" may need to be cleaned up upon receipt; every effort is made to ensure clean edges and uniformity.
